I am a certified personal fitness professional who specializes in providing in-home training, virtual training, and customized fitness plans for individuals who enjoy self-training. I am committed to my own personal fitness, and am passionate about working with people who are determined to improve their own health and fitness through exercise, yoga and even dietary changes.
Nothing satisfies me more than to see the excitement my clients have as they begin to see their personal strength and stamina improve and begin to reach their goals. I enjoy working with people of all fitness levels and ages, finding it especially rewarding to watch the confidence of my senior clients increase as they see the positive changes that can be made in their health with their commitment to a personal fitness plan.
